The same goes for people who keep putting off meeting or who have a big emergency that prevents them from getting there every time a meeting is scheduled. Some people really do have emergencies happen, but if it seems to be something that happens repeatedly every time there`s a meeting schedule, it might be a problem.
One possible way to weed people out is to ask them to go on webcam.
